At our production site in Delémont, we are looking for:Single-Spindle Screw Machining ManagerMissionPilot, coordinate, direct, and administer all activities of the Single-Spindle Screw Machining department (cam & CNC). Guarantee industrial performance, quality, and deadlines. Manage and develop teams with a focus on excellence.Responsibilities- Manage a fleet of 85 machines (60 CNC & 25 cam-operated)- Ensure the proper functioning of production (quality, costs, deadlines)- Supervise a team of approximately 50 employees and 5 team leaders- Pilot performance indicators (productivity, OEE, scrap rates, etc.)- Optimize processes and continuously improve production methods- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards- Collaborate closely with support departments (maintenance, quality, methods, supply chain)- Lead investment and improvement projectsProfile- Basic technical training (microtechnology, mechanics, industrial production) with complementary training in industrial management (industrial foreman, federal diploma, or equivalent)- Confirmed experience in CNC screw machining and/or cam-operated machines- Successful experience in managing production teams- Leadership, ability to unite and grow teams- Strong focus on continuous improvement- Ease in demanding and multi-technology industrial environmentsWhat we offer- Varied and stimulating technological environment- Key role with a direct impact on site performance- Committed teams and a culture of continuous improvementWorking conditions: Delémont jid752c9bbaen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
