LemonDocs combines AI-powered telemedicine with state-of-the-art in-person locations—for dermatology that is effective, accessible, and efficient. Our focus is on the early detection and excellent treatment of skin cancer—while also offering the full range of dermatological services, from AI-powered initial assessments and telemedicine to in-person examinations and surgical procedures.
We are building our locations from the ground up: The entire infrastructure—from spatial planning, IT, and data flows to equipment and processes is designed to meet the demands of a medically advanced and digitally competent 21st-century practice. AI is an integral part of every step in the process. Our guiding principle: The combination of medical excellence and AI-supported procedures creates measurable added value for patients and physicians.
We develop medicine and technology together—with a scientific advisory board composed of leading experts: Prof. Harald Gollnick, M.D. (former President of the German Dermatological Society), Prof. Günther Jonitz, M.D. (former President of the Berlin Medical Association and former member of the Executive Board of the German Medical Association), and Rolf Söhnchen, M.D. (Dermatology, Allergology, Phlebology, D.A.L.M.).

Your Responsibilities
Core Services Provided: Conservative dermatology, medical device treatments (laser, light therapy, other devices), dermatological surgery.
Teledermatology: Initial diagnosis and follow-up care via remote consultations.
Setting up and managing your own practice with your own patient base.
Product and Process Co-Creation: Collaboratively developing digital solutions and workflows—for better patient experiences and more efficient workflows.
Your Profile
Several years of clinical experience, ideally with some leadership experience.
Experience running your own practice (or a clear ambition to do so); candidates with purely clinical experience are also welcome.
Strong communication skills, a spirit of innovation, and a structured approach to work.
A passion for technology and a sense of ownership; candidates with the potential to pursue further training are welcome.
Your Package
Attractive salary: €100,000 base salary plus a share of revenue.
Work Hours: A traditional 40-hour workweek, predictable and compatible with personal time.
