Mandatory Internship - Robotics Software Engineering

Tasks

• Developing ROS 2 applications for control and navigation
• Refining and optimizing control algorithms for our unmanned vessels
• Testing and evaluating software on our robotic test platforms
• Troubleshooting issues during lab and field tests

Requirements

• Working on a Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related fields
• Proficiency in C++ and Python
• Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS 2
• Good understanding of robotic systems architecture, including sensors, actuators, embedded computing platforms, and real-time system constraints
• Experience with Micro-ROS is advantageous
• Ability to work proactively and independently, with a structured approach
• Good documentation and communication skills in English
• A strong portfolio of personal projects is highly regarded
