The Austrian label \“Lena Hoschek,\“ founded in 2005, stands for heritage-inspired fashion that is marketed on an international scale. Prêt-à-porter collections and the traditional collections are presented twice a year.

Aufgaben

• Responsibility for development and revision of the marketing strategy on brand and product line and distribution line level
• Actively engage in performance marketing and monitor performance based on KPIs and peer analysis
• Develop and run campaigns in national and international media
• Develop and run storytelling strategies in relation to collections and brand values
• Identification and engagement of suitable media, cooperation, brand and affiliate marketing partners
• Monitoring of market trends and implement best in class benchmarks

Profil

• Completed degree in marketing or relevant qualification

• Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the international fashion industry

• Professional leadership mentality

• Independent, structured and results-oriented working style

• Team player with a \“hands-on\“ mentality

• Good knowledge of IT-tools which are commonly used in a marketing environment
