Задачи:
- Find and bring in new B2B clients
- Run meetings and presentations and negotiate with decision-makers
- Prepare commercial proposals
- Grow long-term relationships with the existing client base
- Work closely with the recruitment team
- Manage CRM and reporting
- Attend international conferences
Требования:
- Have 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a recruitment agency or HR tech services
- Be fluent in English
- Be based in Europe
- Be able to source clients independently and negotiate with decision-makers
