Country Sales Specialist – Accessories (enterprise and public sector for Germany and Austria)is responsible fordriving sales growth, market penetration, and customer acquisitionon enterprise and public sector in the market. This role involvesidentifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts. The Sales Specialist will also provideproduct expertise, competitive insights, and sales supportto ensure strong business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute asales strategyto drive revenue growth in the B2Baccessories market.
- Identify and pursuenew business opportunitieswith enterprise and public customers
- Conductprospecting, lead generation, and customer outreachto expand the customer base.
- Develop adeep understanding of customer needs and business challengesto provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely withexisting customers to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure high levels ofcustomer satisfaction and retentionthrough ongoing support and relationship management.
- Negotiatecontract terms, pricing, and service agreementsto close deals successfully.
- Achieve and exceedsales targets, revenue goals, and market share objectives.
- Manage thesales pipeline, track progress, and provide accurate forecasts.
- Work with internal teams to ensuresmooth order fulfillment, logistics, and after-sales support.
- Maintain strong knowledge ofaccessories products, features, and competitive positioning and educate customers on product benefits, use cases and industry trends

Requirements And Skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales
- Experience in accessories or a related segment
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Strategic and solution-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
