The Head of Client & Candidate Success is a full-time, on-site role based in Munich. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention through tailored solutions to meet their needs. This includes overseeing account management operations, leveraging data insights, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also focuses on delivering an excellent candidate experience and optimizing the recruitment process to ensure high-quality placements.
Qualifications
- Strong abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to build and maintain successful, long-term partnerships.
- Exceptional Communication skills to convey ideas effectively and foster understanding with clients, candidates, and team members.
- Proven experience in Account Management for managing and developing client relationships to enhance services and deliverables.
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and implementing strategies based on insights.
- Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented with a focus on results.
- Experience in the executive search, recruitment, or human resources consultancy industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in both English and German languages is preferred.
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is beneficial.
