• At Lenze, training isn\’t just about theory – it\’s packed with hands-on expe rience in motion control, machine auto mation, soft ware enginee ring and robotics.
• You\’ll work on inter national pro jects across diverse indus tries.

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Techno logy, Mecha tronics or a rela ted field
• Very good written and spoken English, ideally level B2, and profi ciency in Italian or German depen ding on the job placement
• Solid conce ptual and analytical skills, together with a struc tured approach to work
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communi cation skills
• Great team spirit, a strong drive to learn and willing ness to work closely with people from various depart ments and back grounds
• Openness to travel depending on the job assign ment
