Responsibilities The AI Platform Specialist is responsible for designing, operating, and continuously evolving the company’s AI architecture to enable scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions that deliver sustainable business value.
Establish robust AI platforms, integrating new AI technologies and paradigms.
Operate and maintain the existing AI platform, ensuring its ongoing improvement and scalability.
Evaluate, introduce, and integrate new AI technologies, frameworks, and paradigms to support current and future business use cases.
Ensure compliance, governance and responsible AI requirements across the AI architecture.
Collaborate closely with IT, business units, data teams, as well as security and governance stakeholders.
Provide support and guidance for users working with M365 Copilot, Power Platform (including Copilot Studio), and related AI services.
Build and support AI and Citizen Developer communities across the organization.
Support the adoption of AI within the Microsoft ecosystem by providing guidance to users and fostering AI and Citizen Developer communities to enable sustainable and enterprise-wide usage of AI solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Data Science, AI, Statistics, Computer Science or similar.
Experience with software and system architecture, with a focus on AI-enabled platforms and enterprise AI solutions and proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Experience with cloud-based and/or on‑premise AI platforms, including containerization and deployment concepts (e.g., Docker, container orchestration) and Microsoft ecosystem, including M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
Understanding of AI security, data privacy, governance and compliance requirements, including responsible AI principles and regulatory constraints.
Ability to evaluate and introduce new AI technologies and architectural paradigms to support scalable and future‑proof business use cases.
Experience in user enablement, training, or community management (considered an advantage).
Fluent in English and German (C1).
