Lead Recruiter Purpose & key responsibilities of the role:
Deliver senior and mid level search processes across our fibre business and chemical operations with direct exposure to top management and 6 global sites.
Proactively source, target, engage with & attract talents in timely manner within a lean HR setting
Streamline online recruitment activities through effective use of LinkedIn, ATS system, career sites and cost-effective approaches
Ensure compliance, diversity and systematic reporting, leveraging shared services as well as modern recruiting tools
Professional, bilingual German-English recruiter (d/f/m) with 8+ years experience who cares about fast quality delivery AND the environment.
Agency experience preferred, combined with years of hands‑on In‑house manufacturing related recruitment delivery and active sourcing experience.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
Resilient driver of results with collaborative approach, process mindset and good grasp of DACH region industrial target markets
Fluent German and English, with EU work permit, willing to be located in Austria or in Shared Service center in Ostrava region (Czech Republic) , occasional travel.
