Job Description:
As a Commercial Assistant, you will play a key role within our team, ensuring an impeccable client experience and actively supporting our brokers in their daily activities.
Your main responsibilities:
- Ensure the first contact with clients (reception, front desk, telephone, emails) - Support brokers in administrative aspects: managing schedules (viewings, meetings, photoshoots), preparing sales files (brochures, presentation documents), publishing and monitoring listings on real estate portals, preparing property valuations - Be able to replace brokers during certain visits, ensuring the same level of quality and professionalism. - Be responsible for updating the CRM: entering properties, tracking buyers, managing leads, sending owner reports, regularly updating the database - Participate in the company’s routine administrative management - Work in synergy with the marketing team on property promotion and communication
Profile sought:
- Proven experience in real estate or in a demanding administrative environment (family office, financial company, law firm, etc.) - You have - or wish to acquire - specialised training in real estate (USPI, SVIT or equivalent). - Excellent presentation, essential to represent our agency to a high-end clientele - Proficiency with specific tools and platforms (SITG, FAO, SAD Consult, Land Registry, etc.) - Excellent command of French (spoken and written), good level of English (minimum B2) to interact with an international clientele - Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with a real estate CRM appreciated - A strong sense of customer service, combined with a professional, neat and positive attitude - Team spirit, initiative and great autonomy - Discretion, reliability and a keen sense of priorities
