Your Main Duties

• Planning, organizing, and implementing training and development measures for our employees
• Further developing our internal communication and learning platforms (e.g., Beekeeper, LEAPP, e-learning modules)
• Creating appealing digital learning content (e.g., short videos, presentations, e-learning courses)
• Participation in employee surveys and employee retention projects
• Support in recruiting and onboarding processes as well as HR projects in the area of employer branding
• Continuous optimization of our HR processes and collaboration with colleagues in Europe
• Organization of HR events such as workshops, training courses, or team events

Your Profile

• BE YOURSELF – Be authentic and yourself
• Completed training or studies in human resources, psychology, education, business administration, or a comparable field
• Initial experience in HR (e.g., personnel development, recruiting, training, HR administration) is an advantage
• Creative thinking and enjoyment of preparing learning content in a modern and digital way
• Very good organizational and communication skills
• Structured, independent, and proactive way of working
• Confident use of common HR/project tools (e.g., MS Office, Monday, Slack)
• Ideally, you live in Berlin or are willing to work regularly at the head office
• Fluency in German is a plus, but not essential.
