Our organisational values people together, passion, dedication, quality and expertise are our guiding north star. /p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liManage daily cash and collateral activities within the Global Treasury team based in Zurich /li liManage cash and non-cash collateral across OTC, ETD, GMSLA, GMRA, TCM, CTA, and other exposures /li liManage relationships with external collateral counterparties and service providers, working closely with internal and external stakeholders /li liEnsure all day-to-day collateral processes are performed accurately and within required timeframes, including the resolution of ad hoc queries and requests /li liTake ownership of breaks, reconciliations, disputes and other operational issues, ensuring timely investigation and resolution /li liMonitor collateral positions and identify potential operational, liquidity and counterparty risks, escalating issues where appropriate /li liContribute to the development and enhancement of the collateral management infrastructure, including triparty collateral management, automation and process improvements /li liIdentify optimization opportunities to improve processes, controls and efficiency within the collateral management function and support the implementation of agreed solutions /li liAct as a key point of contact between clients, internal business partners and operations, ensuring effective coordination and communication /li liSupport and share knowledge with other team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment /li liParticipate in projects and initiatives related to collateral management, securities finance and operational change /li /ul h3What you'll need /h3 ul liDegree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related discipline /li liSeveral years of experience in collateral management and relevant applications (e.g. TriOptima, TriResolve, Acadia) /li liGood understanding of Securities Financing products and processes /li liExperience with cash and non-cash collateral management, reconciliations, settlements, margining or related processes /li liKnowledge of derivatives and structured products /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently investigate and resolve operational issues /li liAdvanced Excel skills and a good level of technical aptitude, other coding skills are a plus /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders /li liPragmatic and proactive approach, with strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results /li liAbility to prioritize effectively and work under time pressure in a fast-paced environment /li liFluent in English, other languages are a plus /li liFlexible, driven and collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership /li /ul h3Why you'll love working here /h3 ul liExperience the dynamics of a leading fintech company /li liInsight opportunities across all departments to understand and build know-how in the mechanics of the structured investment product value chain /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
