What you'll do

• Manage daily cash and collateral activities within the Global Treasury team based in Zurich
• Manage cash and non-cash collateral across OTC, ETD, GMSLA, GMRA, TCM, CTA, and other exposures
• Manage relationships with external collateral counterparties and service providers, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure all day-to-day collateral processes are performed accurately and within required timeframes, including the resolution of ad hoc queries and requests
• Take ownership of breaks, reconciliations, disputes and other operational issues, ensuring timely investigation and resolution
• Monitor collateral positions and identify potential operational, liquidity and counterparty risks, escalating issues where appropriate
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the collateral management infrastructure, including triparty collateral management, automation and process improvements
• Identify optimization opportunities to improve processes, controls and efficiency within the collateral management function and support the implementation of agreed solutions
• Act as a key point of contact between clients, internal business partners and operations, ensuring effective coordination and communication
• Support and share knowledge with other team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Participate in projects and initiatives related to collateral management, securities finance and operational change

What you'll need

• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related discipline
• Several years of experience in collateral management and relevant applications (e.g. TriOptima, TriResolve, Acadia)
• Good understanding of Securities Financing products and processes
• Experience with cash and non-cash collateral management, reconciliations, settlements, margining or related processes
• Knowledge of derivatives and structured products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently investigate and resolve operational issues
• Advanced Excel skills and a good level of technical aptitude, other coding skills are a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Pragmatic and proactive approach, with strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work under time pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
• Flexible, driven and collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership
