Overview In this role you will manage daily cash and collateral activities within Leonteq’s Global Treasury team in Zurich, overseeing both cash and non-cash collateral across multiple exposures. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, monitor risk, and drive improvements to the collateral management infrastructure. The role combines hands-on operational delivery with opportunities to shape processes and automation in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will contribute to a collaborative culture that values ownership and continuous improvement. Verantwortungsbereiche Manage daily cash and collateral activities across OTC, ETD, GMSLA, GMRA, TCM, CTA, and other exposures Oversee relationships with external collateral counterparties and service providers Ensure all collateral processes are performed accurately and within timeframes; resolve ad hoc queries Own breaks, reconciliations, disputes, and other operational issues with timely investigations Monitor collateral positions to identify operational, liquidity, and counterparty risks; escalate as needed Contribute to development and enhancement of collateral management infrastructure, including automation Identify optimization opportunities to improve processes, controls and efficiency Act as a key point of contact between clients, internal partners and operations Support and share knowledge with team members to foster a collaborative environment Participate in projects related to collateral management, securities finance and operational change Zentrale Anforderungen Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related discipline Several years of collateral management experience and familiarity with applications such as TriOptima, TriResolve, Acadia Good understanding of Securities Financing products and processes Experience with cash and non-cash collateral management, reconciliations, settlements, margining or related processes Knowledge of derivatives and structured products Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to investigate and resolve operational issues Advanced Excel skills; good technical aptitude; coding skills are a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with stakeholders Pragmatic and proactive with strong attention to detail and quality Ability to prioritize and work under time pressure in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English; other languages are a plus Flexible, driven and collaborative with a sense of ownership Interpersonal excellence Proactive problem-solving Attention to detail TriOptima TriResolve Acadia
