Deputy of Global Head Control Room Ensuring Compliance with SIX Swiss Exchange / BX Exchange trading rules & reporting requirements of listed companies and significant participations Monitoring, analysing and implementing regulatory developments Handling, monitoring and reporting of Conflict of Interest & Employee conduct Trade surveillance, analysis of Trading & Sales activities, rules, regulations and contractual agreements Maintenance of watch / restricted list, Fund and ETF approvals Dealing with queries of FINMA, SIX and BX and any other authority or Exchange Responsibility for global Policy framework Administrative support in several topics (Operational Risk, IC… etc.) Support of Board, EC, Trading and Sales and other Business areas in Compliance related matters WHAT YOU'LL NEED
University degree or an equivalent education with focus on Trading, Compliance or Banking At least 3 years of relevant experience in a Trading related control function Very good user skills of MS-Office (especially Excel), IT affinity Very good analytical and mathematical skills Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, confident and with ability to work on all levels Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner Fluency in German and English; other languages are of advantage NICE TO HAVE
