Overview
In this role you help drive liquidity and risk management for structured products by quoting and trading across asset classes. You will work closely with Sales and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality client service while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will contribute to the trading infrastructure, promoting automation and scalable risk controls. The position combines market-making with collaboration across teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Quote and trade structured products across asset classes, on exchange and OTC
- Continuously monitor and manage risks from issuance and trading activity
- Maintain relationships with third-party banks and execute orders
- Collaborate with Sales and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and client service
- Help develop trading infrastructure to improve automation and scalability
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor in Finance (or equivalent); master preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Solid understanding of derivatives and structured products
- Ability to work independently under time pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of Python
- Fluency in English and knowledge of German or Italian
