Responsibilities
Preparation and execution of customer visits regarding product development on state‑of‑the‑art industrial pilot plants as well as product presentations and trainings on various baking topics
Accompaniment of international colleagues to industrial customers in the course of projects for the introduction of new products and recipes in their production lines/processes as well as technical support for troubleshooting
Carrying out and documenting internal baking trials for ongoing product development, benchmarking with alternative products on the market, for quality tests and for raw material testing
Conception and execution of theoretical as well as practical trainings and training of colleagues and customers
Market observation and trend screening of consumer habits and competitor activities
Recording of videos and product photos for good preparation of market communication and sales argumentation
Management of raw material stocks (incl. raw material purchasing) for the Baking Center
Maintenance of bakery machines and equipment
Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
KPI reporting to the Baking Center management
