As Head of E-commerce at Les Lunes, you’ll own our digital sales channels, ensuring seamless customer journeys and driving revenue growth. Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales data to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the e-commerce team to achieve set KPIs.
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams on SEO, paid ads, and retention strategies (CRM, email marketing, etc.).
- Tech & Operations: Oversee e-commerce platform functionality, working with developers to ensure smooth operations.
Experience: 4+ years in e-commerce management, ideally in fashion or a related consumer-focused industry.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, driving success in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong grasp of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.) and data-driven decision-making.
Customer Focus: Understanding of customer-centric strategies and trends in online shopping.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (especially Shopify), digital marketing tools, and CRM systems.
Language Skills: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
