About the Role

As the Temporary Head of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our supply chain, production, logistics, and overall operational processes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain efficiency and performance during this transition period.

From managing the supply chain to controlling inventory, our Operations Management team upholds Les Lunes\‘ reputation for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, from production to delivery.
2. Monitor and optimize inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
3. Lead logistics, warehouse management, and distribution to ensure timely deliveries.
4. Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and sales teams to align production and stock availability with business goals.
5. Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency.
6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
7. Track key operational KPIs and report progress to senior leadership.

Minimum Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or supply chain management, preferably in fashion or e-commerce.
2. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
3. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
5. Familiarity with inventory management systems.
6. Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
