We are representing several international distributed firms interested in expanding, including a growing AM LAW 200 firm. The firms are seeking self-sustaining team/partner(s) that may be interested in joining/combining and establishing a formidable presence. You and/or your group would have supported autonomy. These international firms wish to increase their strength, establish new offices, and have a robust team in place to represent its clients. They are seeking additional capacity through a combination with self-sustaining partner(s)/groups.

These firms resemble traditional Big Law only in the sophistication, breadth, and experience of their partners. The firms leverage the latest technology instead of unnecessary overhead, which results in a more efficient law practice. They are able to provide their clients value without sacrificing quality. The removal of inefficiencies also allows their attorneys to easily develop long-term business relationships, while billing less and earning more. Most of our clients in this space have a fully remote work environment, creating lower overheads and allowing for billing rates to be 20% to 40% lower than at traditional law firms. In some models, the partner is keeping up to 80% of their billings, a huge financial incentive, and they see exactly what they will earn with each client/matter brought in.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Experience with international, regional, or leading law firms – Partners must come from Legal500 and/or Chambers-ranked firms.
• Accredited law school graduate & legally qualified.
• Proven portable business over the past three years.
