In this role you support client companies within a defined portfolio under supervision, ensuring timely and compliant financial administration aligned with local legislation and client expectations. You collaborate with legal and tax advisors to uphold policies and deliver accurate financial information. The position sits within a global tech-enabled corporate and fund solutions provider, offering exposure to cross-border accounting and regulatory reporting. You will contribute to growing skills through the in-house academy and work with a diverse, expert team to strengthen service quality and brand.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- General accounting functions and A/P/A/R management
- Ensure correct execution of domestic and foreign money transfers
- Preparation of statutory financial statements according to Swiss CO
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly reporting packages per Swiss CO, IFRS and US GAAP including reconciliations and cash flow statements
- Processing and preparation of intercompany balance confirmations
- Preparation of corporate tax returns and VAT returns
- Payroll administration including social security and wage tax contributions filing
- Identify areas for process improvements
- Participation in incorporation-, restructuring-, and liquidation projects
- Support information security policy and risk awareness
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 1-3 years relevant professional experience in fiduciary or accounting field
- A degree or professional education in Financial/Fiduciary/Accounting or currently in education
- Knowledge of Payroll administration including social security and wage tax
- Good knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) accounting rules
- IFRS/US GAAP knowledge is advantageous but not required
- Fluent in English and German; French is an advantage
