We are currently looking for a KYC Officer on behalf of one of our clients, a well-established private bank based in Geneva, for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities
Review the accuracy, completeness and consistency of KYC files, including Source of Wealth, Source of Funds and the identification of potential red flags.
Ensure that client information and documentation remain accurate, up to date and properly recorded within the bank's systems.
Partner closely with Front Office and Compliance teams to resolve outstanding KYC matters and facilitate efficient file completion.
Perform risk-based assessments while ensuring full compliance with Swiss regulatory requirements and the bank's internal AML and KYC policies.
Identify inconsistencies or missing information and proactively follow up with the relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to maintaining high-quality client due diligence standards and support the team's day-to-day regulatory activities.
Profile
At least 5 years of experience in AML, KYC or Client Due Diligence within a Swiss financial institution.
Strong knowledge of Swiss KYC requirements, AML regulations, FATCA, Cross-Border rules and Sanctions.
Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous approach and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Collaborative, service-oriented and comfortable interacting with both Front Office and Compliance teams.
Good command of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of S2i would be considered an advantage.
Fluent in both French and English.
