We are currently looking for a Relationship Manager Assistant – EAM Desk on behalf of a prestigious private bank in Geneva.
About the Role Support Relationship Managers covering External Asset Managers (EAMs) in the daily management of their portfolios. Handle account openings/closings and ensure smooth onboarding processes for EAM clients. Perform account maintenance, cash management, and ensure that the client and EAM databases are always up to date. Process EAM-related client orders, including payments, credits, foreign exchange, and securities transactions. Ensure the appropriate preparation, follow-up, and updating of EAM client KYC documentation in agreement with Relationship Managers and in line with compliance requirements. Maintain strong communication with EAMs, providing efficient, reliable, and high‑quality support. Guarantee rigorous documentation standards, ensuring all records are properly maintained. Carry out various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the desk.
Requirements Fluency in English and French Valid Swiss work permit or eligibility to work in Switzerland. Minimum 5 years of experience in a private bank, in an EAM desk. Strong knowledge of private banking processes, client servicing, and transaction handling. Excellent organizational skills, detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of managing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
