We are currently looking for a Sales on behalf of one of our clients, a well-established independent asset management company based in Geneva.
About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing boutique asset manager and play an active role in both business development and investor relations. Working closely with senior management, you will contribute to expanding the firm's client base across Switzerland and selected European markets while delivering outstanding service to existing investors.
Responsibilities
Develop new relationships with professional and institutional investors, including EAMs, family offices and institutional asset allocators.
Identify business opportunities, arrange meetings with prospective clients and contribute to the firm's commercial growth strategy.
Maintain strong relationships with existing investors by ensuring proactive, responsive and high-quality client coverage.
Prepare client presentations, reporting materials and investor communications.
Support due diligence requests, RFPs and DDQs.
Assist in the creation, maintenance and enhancement of marketing materials and commercial documentation.
Participate in industry events and marketing initiatives to increase the firm's visibility and strengthen its market presence.
Ensure CRM systems and commercial processes remain accurate, organised and up to date.
Profile
3 to 5 years of experience in asset management, institutional sales, client coverage, investor relations, financial marketing or a similar role within the financial services industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Strong interest in financial markets and investment management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with professional and institutional clients.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and preparing client‑facing and marketing documentation.
Entrepreneurial, proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ambition to contribute to the long‑term success of a growing boutique asset manager.
Fluent in French and English. German would be considered a strong advantage.
