- Analyze, design and optimize global business processes to improve efficiency, quality and transparency
- Drive process standardization and harmonization initiatives across countries, products and functions
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to identify business requirements, improvement opportunities and future process needs
- Lead process improvement initiatives and develop sustainable solution concepts aligned with business objectives
- Support business transformation, digitalization and system implementation projects
- Create and maintain process documentation, process maps and governance standards
- Facilitate workshops, foster cross-functional collaboration and actively promote process excellence across the organization
- Support testing, training and change management activities during process and system implementations
- Ensure compliance with defined process standards and best practices
- Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing throughout the organization
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in process management, process engineering, logistics or supply chain management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and process-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
- Project management skills and experience in cross-functional projects
- Ability to work independently and drive topics with a high degree of ownership
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
