For our Human Resources Team, we are looking for a Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) in our Frankfurt office to strengthen our team as soon as possible: Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) Responsibilities: • Active management and support of all our offices in the EMEA region, including but not limited to Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, and Poland • Revision and establishment of HR processes, helping with the general improvement of workflow • Development and implementation of HR strategies and projects • Central point of contact for all operative issues within frame of the employee lifecycle • Screening of compliance with labor law, data protection and company internal regulations Competencies: • Successful completion of academic degree or commercial training in relevant field (e.g. social science, personnel referent) is desirable • At least 5 years of experience managing employees across all career levels; additional leadership experience is desirable • Good knowledge of German labor law; further knowledge on labor law in EMEA region is desirable • Human Resources allrounder with broad insight into all areas of HR work • Good user knowledge of MS Office programs (e.g. Excel, PPT, Word); experience with SAP SuccessFactors is desirable • Very good business fluency in both German and English language • Reliable team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Positive mindset with ‘hands-on’ and ‘can-do’ mentality • Flexibility and willingness to travel Our Offer: • A collegial working environment with appropriate scope for action and decision-making • Flexible working hours with home office opportunities • Competitive performance- and success-based compensation • A travel allowance or (if available) a parking space • A new and modern office including an ergonomic workstation • Laptop and company mobile phone • Training and exciting personal/professional development opportunities • Fitness benefit (FITSEVENELEVEN) • Corporate benefit program • Team-building events • Good connection with car and public transportation Interested?
