Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/x) – 12 Month FTC Full-time, Work Arrangement: Hybrid, Department: Human Resources. LGC Axolabs is located in Petaluma, US; Kulmbach and Berlin, Germany. Talent Acquisition is central to enabling LGC to deliver on its mission of 'Science for a Safer World'. You'll be supporting a range of functions within Axolabs at our brand new manufacturing facility in Berlin, focusing on sourcing the best talent possible and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. This is a hybrid role supporting our Berlin manufacturing site, offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract. What You'll Do: Partner with Hiring Managers to solve key hiring problems across scientific and manufacturing niches. Build high quality talent pipelines through various methods; direct sourcing, events and through advertising channels. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying any gaps and partnering with stakeholders to solve them. Champion DEIB initiatives around Talent Acquisition. What You Bring: Proven experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, ideally within the Life Science or manufacturing industry. Demonstrable experience sourcing (boolean/x-ray search) and attracting talent in niche areas. Sequential and data-driven mindset. Experience partnering with stakeholders to solve complex and time-sensitive hiring challenges. Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters). Fluent in German and English.
