Overview In this role you will shape the CLM Nova platform in a greenfield setting at a bank, delivering secure, regulatory-compliant solutions. You will own features across the product lifecycle and collaborate with business experts to translate requirements into sustainable technology. You will work on backend services, APIs, data models, and modern UI components, ensuring high quality and operability. Verantwortungsbereiche Develop, enhance and operate CLM processes (onboarding, KYC, ongoing reviews, approval workflows) Design and implement scalable backend services with Java/Spring Boot and RESTful APIs Model relational data with SQL/JPA-Hibernate Develop frontend interfaces using TypeScript and Web Components Analyze and resolve incidents across backend, databases, and integrations Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Own features and contribute to architecture, engineering practices, and CI/CD Ensure quality, security and compliance through automated testing and reviews Zentrale Anforderungen Several years of software development experience with Java and Spring Boot Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrations Strong SQL relational database and data modelling skills with JPA/Hibernate Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD workflows (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes; familiarity with GitOps tools (Argo CD) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is advantageous Frontend development experience with TypeScript, Web Components (optional) Familiarity with monitoring/logging (Prometheus, Grafana) and production-oriented troubleshooting Structured, collaborative, solution-oriented approach; knowledge of BPM engines (Flowable, Avaloq Static Data, AMI Web Service) and banking/KYC/AML is a plus structured collaborative solution-oriented Java Spring Boot RESTful APIs
