Overview
As Regulatory Compliance Expert, you act as the primary contact for Swiss and cross-border regulatory matters, with a focus on FinSA, MiFID and CRD VI. You will support regulatory projects for Swiss and European financial market law and advise on cross-border product distribution. Based at the Lugano branch, you will coordinate with stakeholders across management levels to ensure compliant operations. This role offers a chance to shape regulatory practice in a leading private bank and to work across Swiss and European markets.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Be the first point of contact for Swiss and cross-border regulatory requirements (FinSA, MiFID, CRD VI)
- Serve as the regulatory matters focal point for the Lugano branch
- Support and implement regulatory projects in Swiss and European financial market law
- Handle inquiries and assessments related to cross-border product distribution
Zentrale Anforderungen
- degree in Law
- admission to the Swiss Bar an advantage
- several years of Regulatory Compliance experience in (Private) Banking
- fluency in German, Italian, and English (written and spoken)
- experience with standard banking IT applications desirable
- strong analytical skills and independent, precise work style

- team-oriented and willing to travel within Switzerland, especially to Lugano
