In this role, you will act as the operational point of contact for access and ownership processes, ensuring consistent access lifecycle execution, accurate documentation, audit readiness, and long‑term knowledge retention within IAM. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintain an inventory of third‑party applications and external websites, including ownership, access models, and vendor details. /li liExecute access lifecycle processes for third‑party applications and external websites, including joiner, mover, and leaver activities. /li liProcess access provisioning, modification, and revocation requests in line with IAM policies. /li liMaintain clear, consistent, and auditable documentation of access decisions and approvals. /li liCreate and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and process documentation for each third‑party application and external website. /li liCentralize and retain organizational knowledge of vendor‑specific access procedures. /li liSupport periodic access reviews and certification activities with business stakeholders. /li liCollaborate with business owners, HR, IT GRC, Compliance, and vendors to ensure process alignment. /li liSupport audits by providing evidence, documentation, and process transparency. /li liSupport application onboarding through standard processes, including requirements gathering and configuration in Clear Skye and ServiceNow. /li liIdentify process improvement opportunities and support automation through IAM tools such as ServiceNow and ClearSkye. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li3‑5 years experience in IAM operations, access management, or IT support. /li liExperience managing user lifecycle processes with focus on provisioning, de‑provisioning, Identity Governance, user access reviews, Role Based Access Control, etc. /li liExperience working with third‑party applications and vendor‑managed, externally hosted web applications, portals, or websites. /li liStrong documentation, process management, and organizational skills. /li liHands‑on familiarity with IAM tools such as ServiceNow, Clear Skye, SailPoint, or similar platforms. /li liGood understanding of IAM concepts, including RBAC, SSO, identity governance, and directory services. /li liExperience working in compliance‑ or audit‑driven environments is an advantage. /li liStrong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills. /li liStructured, detail‑oriented, and proactive approach to work. /li /ul h3What you can expect /h3 ul liWe provide bmodern working conditions /b, including work‑from‑home options, flexible hours and a home office allowance to ensure staff members have a work environment equipped with the latest technology. /li liA bdiverse culture /b founded on mutual respect, teamwork and appreciation awaits you at LGT Capital Partners.
