Overview
In this role you will oversee governance and operational management of third-party apps and external websites across the organization, ensuring proper access lifecycle execution, documentation, and audit readiness within IAM. You will act as the operational contact for access and ownership processes and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to keep access aligned with policy. The position centers on enabling compliant onboarding, provisioning, and ongoing access reviews while driving process improvements. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that supports security and governance at scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Maintain an inventory of third-party applications and external websites with ownership, access models, and vendor details
- Execute access lifecycle processes for third-party apps and external websites (joiner, mover, leaver)
- Process access provisioning, modification, and revocation per IAM policies
- Maintain clear, auditable documentation of access decisions and approvals
- Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and process documentation for each third-party app and website
- Centralize and retain organizational knowledge of vendor-specific access procedures
- Support periodic access reviews and certifications with business stakeholders
- Collaborate with business owners, HR, IT GRC, Compliance, and vendors for process alignment
- Support audits by providing evidence, documentation, and process transparency
- Support application onboarding through standard processes, including requirements gathering and configuration in Clear Skye and ServiceNow
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation through IAM tools such as ServiceNow and Clear Skye
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3-5 years of IAM operations, access management, or IT support experience
- Experience managing user life cycle processes (provisioning, de-provisioning, Identity Governance, user access reviews, RBAC, etc)
- Experience working with third-party applications and vendor-managed, externally hosted web apps
- Strong documentation, process management, and organizational skills
- Hands-on familiarity with IAM tools such as ServiceNow, Clear Skye, SailPoint, or similar
- Good understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, SSO, identity governance, directory services)
- Experience in compliance- or audit-driven environments is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
