Overview
In this role you will oversee NAV and German investor reporting for private markets funds and mandates, ensuring timely, high-quality output for clients and stakeholders. You will coordinate with global teams, supervise internal and external providers, and contribute to control improvements. The position sits in the Private Markets financial operations team and supports audits and strategic initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to drive accurate reporting and robust processes, playing a key role in delivering value to investors and the organization.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Oversee NAV and German investor reporting for private market funds and mandates
- Review and sign off on work performed by team members
- Coordinate with global teams on investment controlling activities
- Supervise and review work of internal and external service providers
- Facilitate top-down and bottom-up information flow with internal teams
- Provide technical advice and knowledge to the team
- Review, improve, implement and enforce controls and processes within controlling
- Contribute to enhancement and strategic projects
- Support audit coordination and stakeholder engagement
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years in private equity fund accounting, fund controlling, or fund auditing
- Certified Public Accountant preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong accounting/analytical skills
- Able to integrate into a fast-paced international team
- Native or business fluent in German and English; Italian or French an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; open mindset; proven team player
