Job Description Our corporate tax team is looking for a hands‑on and diligent working student, focusing on administrative coordination, documentation, and assisting ongoing compliance processes.
This student position is designed to be a full‑time role during semester breaks and offers flexibility during studies with approximately 2–3 working days per week. It is a great opportunity for students able to commit to this role for a minimum of 18 months, ideally for several years during their studies.
Support Tasks
Support the team in administrative and compliance‑related tasks in connection with Pillar II compliance (e.g., data collection, maintaining documentation, analysis).
Assist with Swiss tax topics, including stamp duty and withholding tax (research, calculations, preparation of supporting materials).
Conduct tax research on international and Swiss tax matters.
Support the corporate tax compliance and reporting processes.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (accounting, finance, legal) and assist in managing external advisors.
Carry out general administrative tasks, such as maintaining databases, updating files, and ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.
Requirements
Ongoing Bachelor’s or beginning of Master’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (focus on taxation or tax accounting is a plus).
Interest in tax matters, in particular international and Swiss tax topics.
First practical experience (internship / working student) in tax or finance is an advantage.
Structured and detail‑oriented working style, with a willingness to support routine and administrative processes.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Very good English skills; German is a plus.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
