Job Description
- Proactive support of team members in the development and expansion of our business with wealthy private clients
- Independent and proactive handling of day-to-day business including preparation and follow-up of client appointments
- Independent customer interaction (pending case management, correspondence, account opening, compliance, etc.)as well as order acceptance and processing (in the areas of securities, foreign exchange and payment transactions)
- Collaboration in the organization and preparation of client events in cooperation with Marketing as well as selective participation in representative events
Requirements
- Completed banking training with several years of experience in retail banking
- Commitment and a very high level of initiative
- High customer orientation and service orientation with the highest standards of quality and reliability
- Very good knowledge of systems and IT
- Empathy and cultivated manners as well as very good communication skills
- Strong ability to work in a team
