In this hands‑on role, you will redesign processes and develop automation and analytics solutions, while building your finance and controlling expertise alongside experienced colleagues in an international asset management environment. /ph3Automation, data and AI /h3ulliAct as a driving force in the finance team's transition to an AI-enabled way of working, redesigning and streamlining finance and controlling processes end to end; /liliDesign and implement automation, analytics and AI-based solutions that reduce manual work, improve data quality and strengthen controls; /liliAnalyze finance processes, define requirements, and identify gaps in functionality and scalability against the finance organization's future ambitions; /liliContribute and shape our finance system landscape with a focus on scalable, efficient reporting; /liliPartner with IT and business teams to build modern, data-driven solutions that provide faster access to data, enable quicker responses to ad-hoc requests, and support better decisions. /li /ulh3Reporting and finance /h3ulliMaintain and enhance management reporting, with a focus on relevance, usability and automation; /liliSupport the maintenance and development of management reporting, with a focus on clear, decision-relevant insights and increased automation; /liliDeliver financial analysis and actionable insights for management and business stakeholders; /liliPlay an active role in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles, using data and automation to make them faster and more reliable; /liliPrepare regular and ad-hoc analyses, deep dives and scenario assessments that support key business decisions. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree from a university or university of applied sciences in business informatics, data science, computer science, economics or finance, with a strong quantitative and technical focus; /liliFirst professional experience translating technical skills into practical business solutions, ideally in asset management (preferably private markets) or the broader financial services industry; /liliHands-on experience with data and automation tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI) as well as databases and/or multidimensional cubes /liliStrong interest in AI-enabled ways of working and the drive to develop new ideas into end-to-end solutions; /liliAdvanced Excel skills and a solid command of the wider Microsoft365 toolset; /liliSolid understanding of finance and accounting principles; experience in controlling or reporting tools is an advantage; /liliCurious, proactive and eager to learn, with a structured and analytical way of working; /liliConfident collaborating across finance, IT, investment and business development teams, and comfortable encouraging others to embrace new ways of working; /liliExcellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas simply and effectively across all levels of the organization; German is a strong asset. /li /ulh3What you can expect /h3ulliWe provide modern working conditions , including work-from-home options, flexible hours and a home office allowance to ensure staff members have a work environment equipped with the latest technology; /liliA diverse culture founded on mutual respect, teamwork and appreciation awaits you at LGT Capital Partners.
