h3Background /h3pLGT Capital Partners' infrastructure strategy invests across primary fund commitments, secondary transactions and direct co-investments. Reflecting the continued growth of the platform, we are strengthening the infrastructure team with an additional senior hire which can be located in either the Zurich area (Pfäffikon SZ) or London . The team works across sectors, geographies and transaction types; we are looking for a senior professional with particularly strong infrastructure secondaries experience to help extend that part of the platform. /ph3Job description /h3ulliSource, structure and lead infrastructure secondary transactions; /liliUnderwrite funds and underlying assets, and present recommendations to the Investment Committee; /liliBuild and maintain relationships with GPs, intermediaries and co-investors; /liliContribute to portfolio monitoring and to business development and client initiatives; /liliCoach and develop junior team members. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliAt least 8 years of relevant working experience, including infrastructure secondaries experience; /liliGlobal track record across LP and GP Led infrastructure secondaries; /liliUniversity degree, preferably in finance, business or engineering from a top-tier university and an excellent academic track record; /liliStrong financial modelling and valuation skills, with a track record of executing transactions; /liliExcellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
