To support this journey, we are looking for an experienced bHR Systems, Data AI Specialist /b to join our HR Services Digital Transformation team. /p pIn this role, you will combine hands-on Workday development with the design and delivery of data-driven and AI-enabled HR solutions. You will help shape the future HR organization and its ways of working by developing processes, digital solutions and our global HR platform, Workday. You will turn HR needs into practical solutions by building, testing and rolling out HR AI use cases and agents in Lumen, LGT's internal AI platform, and refining them based on feedback. A strong focus on data quality, governance and trusted HR data will underpin this work. /p pThis is a unique opportunity to actively influence how HR works at LGT - by creating efficient, intuitive employee experiences and putting data and AI to responsible, practical use in HR. /p ul liDrive the further digitalization of HR processes in close collaboration with HR teams, IT and external partners. /li liDevelop, test and share HR AI use cases and agents in Lumen, LGT's internal AI platform, from the first idea through to rollout and ongoing improvement. /li liIdentify and address HR data quality issues with HR teams, and put clear data standards, responsibilities and controls into practice. /li liEnsure the quality, consistency and effective use of HR data across Workday and connected systems; support interface-related topics in close collaboration with IT. /li liMaintain, optimize and further develop Workday and its business processes, reports and configurations. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Your profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data/Analytics or a related discipline. /li liSeveral years of professional experience in HR technology and HR digital transformation; practical Workday experience is essential. /li liProven experience in the maintenance, configuration and further development of HR processes and reports in Workday. /li liExperience in data quality management, data governance and data analysis, with the ability to define pragmatic standards and translate findings into sustainable improvements. /li liHands-on experience with AI tools, including developing and testing use cases or agents; experience with HR applications and responsible AI practices is an advantage. /li liExcellent written and verbal German and English skills. /li liA collaborative, proactive and curious mindset, combined with a high degree of ownership, integrity, discretion and customer orientation. /li /ul h3What Makes This Role Special /h3 pYou will work at the intersection of HR, technology, data and AI, with the opportunity to help build useful and responsible solutions that improve the HR experience for employees and the business. /p pLGT offers an international environment with flat hierarchies, giving you room to take responsibility, develop further and help shape the future of HR. /p h3Contact Information /h3 pFor any further information please do not hesitate to contact us. /p pLGT Gruppe Holding AG /p pHuman Resources /p pCorina Hohl /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
