- Your challenge
- Support the creation of high‑quality client materials, including investment presentations, performance and risk reports, and strategy summaries
- Collaborate closely with investment specialists and portfolio managers to ensure content accuracy and alignment with relevant strategies
- Assist in the preparation of supporting documentation for client meetings and communications
- Help ensure that all materials meet regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
- Contribute to internal business consolidation and project coordination efforts within the team
- Participate actively in team meetings, offering ideas to further improve processes and outcomes
Your profile
- Ongoing or recently completed university studies (Business Administration, Banking, Marketing - bachelor’s or master’s degree)
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
- Strong IT skills and confident use of MS Office, especially Power Point; you also bring a solid sense for design and a keen eye for detail
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to deliver high‑quality work even under tight deadlines
- Eagerness to learn, openness to new topics, and a strong interest in personal and professional development
- Team spirit, self‑motivation, and enthusiasm for working in an international environment.
