We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced CAPEX Program / Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead strategic projects focused on closing critical safety gaps across manufacturing and facility operations. You will join a collaborative, purpose-driven environment where safety, quality, and innovation are at the heart of everything they do.Main ResponsibilitiesEstablish and lead a program of CAPEX projects focused on closing critical safety gaps and improving facility compliance.Manage projects through the full lifecycle, from scope definition and design to construction, commissioning, qualification, and handover.Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with business objectives.Develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress, and proactively manage risks and mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and global regulatory requirements, including the implementation of EHS-by-design principles.Oversee project budgets, schedules, and reporting, providing regular updates to senior management and steering committees.Drive collaboration across Engineering, EHS, Quality, Operations, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement through effective leadership and stakeholder engagement.Your Profile:Successful studies in Engineering, Business Administration or Life Sciences (MS/MBA/BS/BA or equivalent)More than 10 years of experience in managing major capital projects in the pharmaceutical industryIdeally experience of program managementFunctional knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations in FDA regulated facilityExcellent understanding of project management principles and project lifecycle phases, including knowledge of Validation, CMC and facility regulatory submission requirementsExperience to manage high level project budgetsAbility to handle many tasks simultaneously and integrate project planning efforts across functionsAbility to understand “the big picture” and approach problem solving in a proactive team mannerGerman is mandatoryAdditional Information:Duration: 12 months with option for the extensionWorkload: 100%Work location: Bern with home officeStart: asapWorking hours: Regular working hours#LI-KK1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
