For one of our clients - an international company based in Geneva (airport) - we are looking for a Consolidation & Reporting Manager to strengthen its Finance team. In this strategic role, you will lead the group consolidation process, ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, and support the delivery of high-quality financial information in compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements. Responsibilities Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation process. Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across multiple entities. Manage financial accounting and reporting activities under IFRS, Swiss GAAP and local statutory frameworks. Perform intercompany reconciliations and oversee the elimination of intragroup transactions. Coordinate month-end and year-end closings, including balance sheet reviews and multi-currency reconciliations. Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and provide meaningful insights to management. Support external and internal audits and maintain a strong internal control environment. Oversee statutory reporting obligations and liaise with local finance teams. Contribute to treasury-related activities, including cash-flow reporting, liquidity monitoring, and foreign exchange exposure analysis. Support tax reporting and compliance requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Drive continuous improvements in consolidation, reporting processes and financial systems. Profile University degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit. +7/ 10 years of experience in group consolidation, financial reporting or audit within an international environment. Strong knowledge of IFRS and exposure to Swiss GAAP. Proven experience with consolidation tools such as Magnitude or Hyperion. Strong understanding of multi-entity and multi-currency environments. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with international stakeholders.
