pWe are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented bOperational SAP-PM Data Support Specialist (m/f/d) /b to join a dynamic team supporting SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) operations at a leading global biopharmaceutical company in Bern. /p /brpIn this role, you will serve as a key contact person for bSAP-PM Master Data Management and First Level Support /b, ensuring high-quality master data processes and seamless support for approximately 800 SAP users. You will become part of a collaborative environment where quality, compliance, and operational excellence are key priorities. /p /brh3Main Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliManage SAP PM/EAM master data throughout its lifecycle, including creation, modification, validation, approval, and documentation. /li /brliReview and assess master data requests according to applicable SOPs and ensure complete and accurate processing. /li /brliAdvise requestors on master data topics and coordinate incoming Master Data Management requests. /li /brliPerform individual and mass data updates within SAP PM while maintaining a \"first time right\" approach. /li /brliProvide and maintain relevant data and information to support efficient master data processes. /li /brliEnsure smooth operation of SAP PM order management processes and related documentation workflows. /li /brliCoordinate and distribute support and master data requests within the Data Support team. /li /brliDeliver first-level support to SAP PM users and escalation issues where necessary. /li /brliManage physical and electronic maintenance and work order documentation. /li /brliCreate reports, data extracts, and analyses to support operational decision-making. /li /brliParticipate in projects, workshops, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /brliSupport SMEs with projects, incidents, change requests, and service requests. /li /brliCollaborate effectively with local and global stakeholders to ensure high service quality and process efficiency. /li /br /ul /brh3Your Profile: /h3 /brul /brliTechnical, commercial, or secondary education degree (or equivalent qualification). /li /brliSeveral years of experience working with SAP PM / SAP EAM Master Data. /li /brliStrong understanding of master data governance and maintenance processes. /li /brliExperience in SAP PM support environments or similar operational support functions. /li /brliHigh affinity for IT systems and business applications. /li /brliExperience with tools such as Microsoft Office, ITSM systems, and document management systems (DMS). /li /brliStrong analytical skills with experience in data extraction, reporting, and data analysis. /li /brliExperience participating in projects and cross-functional initiatives. /li /brliHighly accurate, structured, and reliable working style. /li /brliNative-level German and good English skills. /li /br /ul /brh3Additional Information: /h3 /brul /brliDuration: 12 months /li /brliWorkload: 100% /li /brliWork location: Bern /li /brliRemote work: No /li /brliStart date: /li /brliWorking hours: Regular business hours /li /br /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
