pFor our client, we are looking for an experienced bRisk Security Coordinator (m/f/d) /b to join a business-critical cloud and application environment. /p pThis role is ideal for a technical specialist with a background in DevOps, Platform Engineering, IT Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Engineering who wants to drive risk reduction and security improvements across a large application portfolio. /p pYou will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Security Specialists, Architects, and Engineering Teams to identify technical risks, improve operational stability, and strengthen security practis. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive and track the application and platform risk portfolio /li liIdentify, assess, and analyze technical risks within applications, platforms, and operational processes /li liSupport the definition and implementation of technical risk mitigation measures /li liTrack security findings and remediation activities /li liSupport Product Owners and Scrum Masters on Security, Risk, and Compliance topics /li liCoordinate technical discussions with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and Security teams /li liIdentify technical weaknesses and opportunities for improvement /li liPrepare technical risk reports and presentations for management and key stakeholders /li liSupport security assessments and technical reviews /li liPromote Security-by-Design principles and Operational Excellence across application environments /li liContribute to the stability, resilience, and security of business-critical systems /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, System Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a related technical discipline (ETH, University, University of Applied Sciences, Higher Technical College) or equivalent practical experience /li liSeveral years of experience operating business-critical applications and platforms /li liExperience in DevOps, IT Operations, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Engineering environments /li liStrong understanding of modern cloud and application architectures /li liExperience with technical security topics and risk management in application or cloud environments /li liExperience identifying, assessing, and mitigating technical risks /li liHands-on experience working with security findings, remediation plans, and technical improvement initiatives /li liExperience collaborating with Architecture, Security, Operations, and Engineering teams /li liExperience with monitoring and observability solutions /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to explain technical risks to both technical and non-technical audiences /li liExperience using Jira and Confluence /li liFluent in German and English /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience with Azure, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar cloud platforms /li liExperience in enterprise-scale application operations /li liExperience with Vulnerability Management /li liKnowledge of IAM, Network Security, Secrets Management, or Container Security /li liFamiliarity with NIST, ISO 27001, or comparable security standards /li liExperience implementing security and compliance requirements within product teams /li liPrevious experience as a Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, Platform Engineer, or Cloud Engineer /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul liWorkload: 100% /li liLocation: Bern /li liWork Model: Hybrid /li liStart Date: ASAP / October 2026 /li liContract Duration: 12-month temporary assignment until September 2027 /li liOpportunity to contribute to a highly critical cloud and application landscape /li liClose collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, Security Specialists, DevOps Teams, and Engineering Teams /li liModern enterprise environment focused on cloud technologies, security, and operational excellence /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
