For our customer in Bern, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist (m/w/d ) with fluent German language skills to join a temporary project for a duration of 9 months. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional with strong expertise in Swiss payroll administration, time management regulations, HR system integrations, and project-related activities. Key Responsibilities Manage and process payroll activities accurately and on time. Act as a subject matter expert for time regulations and working time management. Support and monitor interfaces between Workday, time management systems, and SAP Payroll. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on payroll and HR system-related projects. Ensure compliance with Swiss payroll, sickness, and accident insurance regulations. Analyze, resolve, and continuously improve payroll and time management processes. Required Experience
