Our client, a company active in high-end construction and interior design projects in French-speaking Switzerland, is looking for a Construction Economist to strengthen their team.
Reporting to the project management, you will be responsible for the contractual management of projects, from the tender phase to their completion.
Your tasks
- Administrative and contractual management of projects - Analysis of tenders and contractual conditions - Consultation and negotiation with subcontractors - Issuance and monitoring of contracts and amendments - Financial monitoring of projects and reporting - Client invoicing and validation of supplier invoices - Management of guarantees and insurances
Your profile
- Higher education in management/construction - Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction sector - Good knowledge of SIA standards and Swiss construction law - Good skills in negotiation and communication - Fluent French, good level of English - Proficient in MS Office
