We are currently recruiting a Finance Manager / Finance Business Partner (m/w/d) for a 12-month assignment with our client in Zurich.

About The Role Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in financial planning, reporting, and business support activities.
You will help ensure robust financial management while supporting key strategic initiatives, including ERP implementation, process shaping, and post-acquisition integration activities.
This position offers broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead the monthly financial close process in collaboration with our external accounting partners.
Lead periodic financial reporting, including reports for funding agencies, collaboration partners, and corporate stakeholders.
Support the Head of Finance in the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
Act as a trusted business partner to project managers and cross-functional teams providing operational support and financial analyses.
Contribute to the successful integration into new corporate environment including the implementation of a new ERP system (SAP S/4HANA) and help establish efficient reporting processes and controls.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting quality, and operational efficiency.
Your Profile Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
