I am recruiting for a key financial position, a Financial and Reporting Analyst M/W, on behalf of a client.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring timely completion within established deadlines
- Coordinate budget estimations from all departments, verifying alignment with procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Develop reports and presentations for the Executive Committee and Finance Director
- Conduct in-depth analysis, comparisons, and commentary on sales, margin, opex, and stock for the Watches Business Unit
- Manage the budgeting process across all areas, ensuring alignment with targets and deadlines
- Create accurate corporate and local financial reports
- Develop ad-hoc reports tailored to specific business needs
- Analyze business performance through financial metrics and deploy relevant KPIs
- Continuously improve financial procedures
Candidate Profile
- University degree in Economics, Swiss Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting, or equivalent
- 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS) and procedures
- Proven ability to meet deadlines for budgeting, reporting, and internal control processes
- Team player with a commitment to meeting internal clients‘ expectations and requirements
- Proactive, able to work under pressure, with a high level of integrity
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with team members and customers
- Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in SAP and Excel (Power BI knowledge is a plus)
- Fluency in French, English or Italian is a plus
