ppOur client, a leading multinational group based in Geneva, is looking for a Chief of Staff to support the CFO. /p pWorking closely with senior leadership, you will help manage priorities, coordinate key stakeholders, prepare executive materials, and support the delivery of strategic and financial initiatives. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the CFO's agenda, meetings, and key priorities. /li liPrepare presentations, reports, briefing notes, and Board materials. /li liCoordinate executive meetings and follow up on action points. /li liOrganize travel and complex schedules. /li liAct as a key liaison between the CFO and senior stakeholders. /li liSupport strategic projects and Finance initiatives. /li liReview management reporting and business updates. /li liAssist in the preparation of governance and executive committee materials. /li liHandle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. /li li10+ years of experience supporting a CFO or senior executive. /li liExperience within a multinational group, bank, international organization, NGO. /li liStrong understanding of finance and reporting. Able to read and understand Balance Sheets, PL, budgets, forecasts, management reports and key risk indicators. /li liExcellent organizational and stakeholder management skills. /li liProactive, reliable and solutions-oriented. /li liAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. /li liFluent English required.
