On behalf of one of our clients based in Geneva, we are recruiting a Head of Digital Assets - Executive Director with a positive mindset, a passion for their work, and a strong team spirit.
Responsibilities As a Head of Digital Assets - Executive Director you lead and develop a Digital Assets business, drive the strategic development, commercial growth and operational oversight. The position brings together business growth, product development, market expertise and cross-functional stakeholder management in the banking sector.
You drive the growth of the Digital Assets business by building relationships with institutional investors, asset managers, family offices and financial intermediaries, identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
You advise institutional clients on investment solutions, support complex transactions and represent the organisation at client meetings and industry events.
You lead the Digital Assets roadmap and help enhance the offering across custody, trading, staking, lending and tokenisation.
You work closely with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Compliance and Legal teams to support business activities, manage risks and ensure compliance with the FINMA regulatory framework.
You promote Digital Assets expertise across the organisation by supporting Relationship Managers, sharing market insights and acting as a key ambassador for the Digital Assets business.
Profile
University degree (Finance, Economics, Engineering or equivalent)
Minimum 10 years experience (Financial services)
Experience in Digital Assets, Crypto Markets or Blockchain
Excellent knowledge in institutional investors
Excellent knowledge in Digital Assets custody, trading and investment solutions
Good knowledge in business development
Good knowledge in FINMA
English fluent
