Your job responsibilities:
- Management of the small R&D team
- Development and introduction of new products and reinforcement systems for use in construction:
- Analysis of market needs and idea generation
- Product concept including feasibility analysis
- Conception and development (supporting model, tests, application tests, etc.)
- Industrialization
- Product launch (preparation of internal processing processes, marketing, training)
Your profile:
- Civil Engineer ETH / TU with in-depth knowledge of structural engineering
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the same or similar job function
- Further training in business administration or similar is an advantage but not essential.
- Very good knowledge of the industry-standard software for structural engineering
- Fluent German . English is an advantage.
- As an open personality, you are solution- and performance-oriented, enthusiastic, and a team player.
